First Batch Scope
The first evidence review focuses on four core product families. Each family will start with 3-10 frequently sold models before the register expands to the full product range.
Photoelectric Sensors
EMC and RoHS evidence must match the exact series or a clearly stated model family.
Magnetic Switches
Reed and hall switch documents are reviewed separately when the electrical structure differs.
Switching Power Supplies
AC-input power supplies require LVD, EMC, RoHS, safety evidence, datasheet and label photos.
Company Registration Evidence
The original Chinese business license is shown together with a language-annotated reference so international buyers can check the company name, registration code, business scope and issuing authority.
The English and Vietnamese graphics are explanatory annotations. The Chinese original controls if wording differs. This company-registration evidence does not by itself certify any product or model.

Document Review Workflow
Files are not uploaded just because they contain a CE mark. Each file must pass a basic evidence check first.
Supplier Original
Collect the original PDF, covered model list, datasheet, label photo and publication authorization.
Model Coverage Check
Confirm the report or declaration covers the exact model or a stated equivalent model family.
Issuer & Standard Check
Review issuer, document number, directive, standard, issue date, validity and verification path.
Controlled Publication
Publish only documents marked as publishable in the internal certificate register.
Public Document Register
No public certificate PDF is listed until verification and publication permission are recorded. Full reports can be provided upon buyer request when required and available.

Publication Policy
Verified documents available for listed models. Full reports can be provided upon buyer request when required.
A document status may be shown as Verified, Supplier Provided, Pending Verification or Available on Request.
If the buyer's requested model is not listed, J&V will confirm the correct model coverage before making a compliance claim.

Send the model number, quantity and destination country. J&V will check whether a verified, supplier-provided or available-on-request document package exists for that model.
