Data Deletion Instructions

If you want JEV Automation / JEVMALL to delete Facebook Messenger related data associated with your conversation, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use the subject line: Messenger Data Deletion Request.
3. Include enough information for us to identify your conversation, such as your Facebook profile name, approximate message time, or other relevant details.

What Happens Next

After we verify the request, we will review the related conversation records in our business systems and delete or anonymize the data as reasonably required, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legitimate operational recordkeeping.
