• Messages that a user voluntarily sends to our Facebook Page.
• Page-scoped user identifiers provided by Meta, such as PSID.
• Message timestamps, attachments, and delivery context needed for customer service.
• Basic operational metadata used to route, display, and respond to conversations.

2. How We Use the Data

• Receive and display Facebook Messenger conversations inside the JEV workbench.
• Allow authorized employees to reply to customers and continue service conversations.
• Support internal customer service operations such as conversation assignment, history review, and response drafting.
• Provide AI-assisted suggestions and analysis for internal use only. AI features are used to help staff respond and organize conversations, not to send unsolicited marketing messages.

3. Legal and Operational Limits

• We only process data that users voluntarily send to our Page or that Meta provides for customer messaging operations.
• We do not sell Messenger user data.
• We do not use this integration for bulk spam or unauthorized marketing outreach.
• Access to message data is limited to authorized business personnel and required system components.

4. Storage and Protection

Message records may be stored in our business systems for customer service, follow-up, and operational continuity. We use access controls and service credentials to limit unauthorized access. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for support, business communication, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.
